Polycarbonate material is the industry standard for outdoor lightbox signs. It wont shatter or break, it resists fading and is 100% flexible for easily handling and installation. You can take a 3ft x 20ft sign face and roll it up like a coil and transport with no problem. All the sign faces we offer are going to be printed full color, edge to edge with uv protective lamination. We use HP latex printers which ensures a crystal clear print and long life span.
When measuring your sign face there is little margin for error. The best thing to do is remove the old sign face, and measure that old piece, dependent on that piece fitting correctly. If you are off more than a half inch, there is a good chance the sign face will fall out. Measure precisely and double check to be safe.
